Refunds: We are not responsible for, nor do we refund, lost, stolen, misused, or damaged replenishment cards. We do not accept returns of or provide refunds for replenishment cards. Please ask your retailer any questions regarding its return policy. Replenishment cards must be applied to

your account within the time specified on the card. All replenishment card sales are final and non-refundable regardless of who uses or possesses your mobile phone or device after you purchase services, and regardless of whether the mobile phone or device is used with your consent or knowledge.
