Your Right To Terminate Services
You can terminate Services at any time by calling us and requesting that we deactivate all Services. In addition, if you return or provide your Device to Sprint and fail to either deactivate service on the Device or activate another Device in
connection with your Service, we reserve the right to terminate your Service, and if you are subject to a Term Commitment, you may be charged all or part of an Early Termination Fee. You are responsible for all charges billed or incurred prior to deactivation. If Services are terminated before the end of your invoicing cycle, we won’t prorate charges to the date of termination and you won’t receive a credit or refund for any unused Services. Except as provided above, if you are subject to an Early Termination Fee, you must also pay the invoiced Early Termination Fee for each line of Service that you terminate early.
