Recording videos in portrait mode

The camcorder can record videos in portrait mode. Set your camcorder to the vertical position.

1 Press the [Home (  )] button  touch Vertical HD Recording.

•The camcorder switches to portrait mode (vertical position).

3 Select a subject to record.

4 Press the [Recording start/stop] button.

•The recording (  ) icon appears and recording starts.

2 Rotate the camcorder to 90º for vertical recording.

5 To stop recording, press the [Recording start/stop] button again.

In portrait mode, you can record videos in Full HD (1920x1080/60i) resolution only.
