Motions and Gestures

Control certain device actions by touching the screen with the palm of your hand.

1.From a Home screen, tap Apps > Settings.

2.Tap Motions and gestures.

3.Tap ON/OFF to enable each of the following:

•Motion: Control your device with natural movements like turning it over to mute or pause sounds. Tap Motion for the following options:

-Zoom: Tilt the device to zoom in or out of the screen when in Gallery.

-Browse an image: Move around an image when zoomed in.

•Palm motion: Control your device by touching the screen with your hand. Tap Palm motion for the following options:

-Capture screen: Capture an image of the screen when you swipe your hand left or right across the screen.

-Mute/pause: Mute or pause sounds and video by covering the screen or turning over the device.
