Answer an Incoming Call

The following procedure shows you how to answer an incoming call.

When the call comes in, touch and drag Answer an Incoming Call.

Mute the Ringing Sound

You can mute the ringtone without rejecting the call by doing either of the following.

Press the Volume Key down.

Place the phone face down on a level surface. See Motion Settings to display the settings required to mute incoming calls by turning over the phone.

Reject an Incoming Call

The following procedure shows you how to reject and incoming call.

When the call comes in, touch and drag Mute the Ringing Sound.

Reject a Call with a Text Message

You can automatically reject an incoming call by sending a text message to the caller.

Touch and drag Reject call with message, and then select a message, or tap Create a new message + to create a new message.

Voicemail

Your phone automatically transfers all unanswered calls to your voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned off. You should set up your Sprint Voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your phone is activated. Always use a password to protect against unauthorized access.

Retrieve Voicemail Messages

You can access your voicemail by using the following process.

1.Press Reject an Incoming Call and tap Reject a Call with a Text Message Phone.

2.Touch and hold Reject call with message to access voicemail, and follow the prompts to review voicemail.

Voicemail Notification

There are several ways your phone alerts you to a new message.

By playing a ringtone.

By displaying Create a new message + in the Notifications area of the Status bar.
